Quilting and Stories

Expert Pocahontas County quilter Debbie Walker will take you from start to finish on two keepsake quilting projects--a table runner and a throw.  Take a break from your work with a relaxing walk through the forest or reading a book by the fireplace. Share stories with local quilters at our Saturday evening Quilting Show and Tell.
Debbie will walk us through the steps of making a quilted throw and a table runner.  She will provide kits containing all the fabric you need for these projects.  (If you prefer to use your own fabric, please contact us so we can provide the supply list.  It is important to have the pieces cut before the workshop.) Please bring your own sewing machine and sewing supplies.   Saturday night, listen to the stories and history contained in treasured quilts at a community Quilting Show and Tell.
