Follow our expert mushroom hunters as they lead participants in a mushroom foray. Discover the beauty and diversity of fungi in the forest. Back at the lodge, sort and identify the bounty. Sample some sauteed safe species if you dare (and if you signed the waiver.) In the evening, enjoy a dinner where mushrooms are the star.
