Support Our Veterans and Strengthen Communities Through CAMO Retreat Sponsorship

​The Creative Appalachian Mountain Opportunities (CAMO) Retreat provides Veterans with a unique and restorative experience, blending the natural beauty of our rural mountains with the healing power of the arts. Located on the 500-acre Yew Mountain Center, Veterans and their families can immerse themselves in nature, learn a craft from skilled artisans, and take part in wellness activities. This retreat offers much-needed respite from daily stressors while fostering creativity and personal transformation.

But we can't do it alone. We are seeking sponsors like you to help grow the CAMO Retreat and expand its impact. Your support will allow us to build networks and partnerships that strengthen program outcomes for Veterans and their families. Together, we can create opportunities for participants to reconnect, heal, and develop new skills that can improve their lives.

The Mid-America Arts Alliance Creative Forces grant requires that the nonprofit organization matches funding 1:1. We are raising matching funds and additional money to mee the great demand we are seeing from deserving applicants.

By partnering with us, you will also help increase the capacity to design, implement, and evaluate programs that truly meet the needs of our participants. In addition, your sponsorship will help elevate the value and impact of the arts across local communities, deepening appreciation for how the arts can change lives.
