7Song Walk and Talk
7Song is one of the founders and an herbal clinician at the Ithaca Free Clinic. He is the founder and director of the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine. Join 7Song for a walk through the YMC botanical preserve as he shares his knowledge from years of herbalism practice, teaching, and observing plants in the wild. An optional taco bar is provided after the walk and talk.
Suggested donation $15/person for the walk.
Adult meal: $15
Child 6-12 meal: $8
*This walk will be less than one mile on forest trails and old roadbeds with a gentle to moderate slope.
*Wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather.
*All ages welcome.
*Please leave dogs at home.
