Plant Walk and Herbal First Aid with 7Song

This 3 hour class will be include a plant walk around the Yew Mountain Center followed by a discussion about herbal first aid. The walk will look at the various plants that grow around the Yew Center and focus on their medicinal applications. Afterward, we will discuss the various ways plants can be used in common first aid circumstances such as wounds, injuries, respiratory difficulties, and other ailments.
7Song is the director of the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, the director of Holistic Medicine and Clinical Medicine at Ithaca Free Clinic.
